Mechanism needs to support the multi-thread computing for its analysis. I don't know why this feature is supported for the Simulate's linear analysis and not for Mechanism.
In addiction you can add the possibility to "link" more than two servo motors together (a link in position, velocity and/or acceleration); in this manner you can control a chain by changing only one function of one motor.
