When exporting a deformed surface from Creo Simulate as a VRML file, there are only 6 significant figures for each point in the cloud that is generated. When the significant figures move to the left side of the decimal place, the accuracy of the points decreased dramatically. There should be a config option that allows you to increase the number of significant figures when exporting a VRML file from Creo Simulate.
