enable Lattice elements orientation to be created normal to defining surface not just based on axis direction.
when creating a lattice element - for example cylinder. id like to replace all solids with same size lattice elements,
today this cannot be achieved as elements are stretched or reoriented to fit the geometry on one hand and thedefing axis on other end.
