Lift radially (Offset with a new option :with-side-faces)

it would be nice to lift a cylindrical or conical face like this:

The new option in the lift command would be to select cylindrical surfaces.

As an result, axial planes would be generated automatically.

How is what you are proposing different from the Offset command? Or the Change Radius command?

The difference would be that new surfaces next to the lifted surface have to be generated automatically:

Those pictures make it very clear, thanks. I have had situations in the past where that would be useful. And it would seem to be straight-forward.
