If you try and create a link between two items then it opens the Links Editor. For example, select a class and then select "Links\Traceability\Refines" it opens the Links Editor Window.

When you find the item to link it just shows the item name in the right hand pane. It would be useful if there was a box showing the description of the item selected. This just helps users select the right item.
