Two improvements for MBD:
1. Option to Auto center dimension by default. I suggest config option: auto_center_dimension_mbd yes*/no
(This option already exist for drawing dimensions: config.pro option auto_center_dimension).
2. Snap lines for dimensions in MBD. This option would be available for dimensions which are positioned on the same plane.
(This option already exists on drawings).
