MODEL UPDATE SAVE MODE

MODELCHECK AND MODEL UPDATE:

Add a config_init.mc parameter to set if MODEL UPDATE  should be LAUNCH when the user SAVE the model.

It is important to clean the models.

We actually use a mapkey but the user can save with > File  > Save and ModelUpdate is not use.

As ModelUPDATE only is available in the interactive mode of ModelCHECK, we used following workaround, to make it available at the save mode:

We have a license for Pro/TOOLKIT. So I developed a small application, that uses the "Pre save notification event" (PRO_MDL_SAVE_PRE) to call the ModelCHECK in interactive mode (ProModelcheckExecute), which has ModelUPDATE available.
