Make Paste Special / Advanced Reference Configuration the Default for Copy / PAste

The defaulty copy / paste function is limited while copy / paste special advanced reference configuration is verypowerful.  I'd like to make the latter the default paste, the default paste special or at least have configuration options to allow the user to set the default choices when doing a paste special.

Silly me, I figured if I created it I had voted for it. Though I registered a long time ago, I haven't been active around here until recently so I don't quiote yet have the lay of the land.

Yes!  If you're already hitting Ctrl-C, it sure we be nice to hit Ctrl-V instead of having to locate the paste special button.
