At the moment, there is no way to arrange the parameters that appear when you click on new -> part or assembly. We need the users to fill in a variety of parameters against the part, that are synchronised with Windchill and the current order (alphabetical), makes no sense to the users.
Please make a mechanism whereby the parameter order can be set, ideally make it follow the order in which the parameters are set in the tools -> parameters window.
