Make it possible to select the "boundary" instead of the "region" when using Sketch region option

When using "Sketch Region" to extrude a portion of a sketch, it would be more productive when it is possible to select the boundary of a sketch instead of selecting different regions. For example (see screenshots) when extruding the sketch in the picture as a full solid body, in the current Creo version(s) the designer needs to select the three seperate regions or areas. If it would be possible to select the boundary of the sketch, then the selection would be made in one click (see second screenshot).
