Manage flexibilty when remplacing a non flexible component by a flexible component

When replacing a non flexible component by a new flexible component, the flexibility of the new component is automatically deactivated. It would be fine if Creo ask during the replace process to use or not the flexibility for the new component as already implemented during the standard assembling process.

Today, after a replace, the user must afterward reactivate the flexibility using the feature "Make Flexible" to reactivate the flexibility of the new component.

Other problem, with the actual replace process, the user is even not informed that the new component contains flexibility and that there is maybe some values to change.
