Managing crosshatch, repeat region and create new xsection in drawing without Old Style Menu. Please upgrade these user interfaces to something that belongs to this era!
The process of removing the old menu manager (MM) is indeed something that we are looking into and gradually removing from Creo.
Many of the MM were already removed, however some areas still have MM as you have mentioned.
I am happy to update you that in Creo 9.0 you will find that the MM for editing crosshatching information was removed and replaced by a modernized contextual ribbon. There are many more improvements for this topic in that release. stay tuned for the Creo 9.0 release notes to learn more
We will continue to remove the MM from other areas too in the future releases of Creo
