Measure Distance between Exploded components/models

Measure Distance between Exploded components/models

We would like to measure the distance between exploded components/models using DISTANCE. ANGLE works fine, DISTANCE gives the distance from the unexploded state, even though the model is exploded.

Please vote up both, or can admins combine these ideas and votes to one idea?

Personally I cannot believe this is not a bug.

If the user is measuring with the model in exploded state, then of course the user expects the measurement to be the distance in that exploded state and not in some other state which is not visible on the screen.

Yeah, it seems OK. My description talks about how one functionality of measurement works, but the other doesn't.
