Mechanism - Set Gear Pitch Circle via Parameter or Relations

Please provide the ability to control the gear pair pitch circle via a parameter (that stays permanently linked) or via relations.  Today if the gear size changes (either manually or automatically), there is no way to automatically update the gear pair definition.  Manually entered values have to be typed in, every time, for every gear pair.  Very un-parametric.
