Current method uses the right-hand rule to mirror a part and can flip the part in ways that are not intended. Basically the part has to be designed in a certain orientation to mirror correctly. It is based on the original Csys for the part. Suggestion is to allow picking a different Csys to use for mirroring to correctly mirror the part as intended.
