BOUND_INFO currently Checks that no views, entities, dimensions, symbols, notes, and tables lie outside the boundary of a drawing. But GTOLS are not checked. This idea is to include GTOLS as well to check.
Not sure why PTC never thought about this or why no users reported or requested this. I submitted a PTC case and was closed asking me to submit a product idea!
