ModelCheck - Run on all drawing models

there is no solution how to let users simply pass through MCH pop-up prompt asking to perform a drawing check.

Users always have to type Y/N and confirm some option. It is annoying and wasting of time for most of them.

According to our beloved PTC there is no option driving it (except Toolkit) and workaround given in this case is silly bcs calling macro or clicking dialog is almost the same.

My suggestion is to add config option like "MCH_run_on_dwg_models" with 3 options:

Yes - Always run on all drawing models/sheets (don't ask user = no dialog)

No - Always run on current drawing model/sheet only (don't ask user = no dialog)

Ask - Ask user (same as now = show dialog)
