As a request by @lwestbrook, I am breaking up the massive Modelcheck idea thread here:

For this idea, please fix modelcheck. Right now PRT_PARAM_MAP won't actually map if PRT_PARAMETER is also available for the same parameter. This doesn't make any sense to me.
