ModuleWorks turning enhancement

ModuleWorks turning enhancement

ModuleWorks need to support material removal of sequences using the same tool but with different NC Sequences CSYS

Currently, for all sequences using the same tool, ModuleWorks don't change the tool orientation even if NC Sequence CSYS change (the calculation of the tool orientation is only based on the first NC Sequence CSYS)

I think this is a bug and not an enhancement

Hi,

You are right, something has been fixed in M170. Nevertheless, this fix is now a big issue for me.

Indeed, now Moduleworks remove material around NC SEQUENCE CSYS Z AXIS and still not support TOOL_ORIENTATION so it's worse than before

1) You cannot orient your tool with NC SEQUENCE CSYS because MW use Z axis as spinning axis

2) You cannot use tool_orientation because the first tool_orientation is used for all sequences using the same tool
