We analized a same plastic injection using the same information material and injection properties in many software. Also we did the same analysis on Plastic Advisor Creo 2.0 and every tests results was satisfactory and consistent with the real injection of the product.
Just in Mold Analisys (Moldex 3D) of Creo 3.0 the result is not correct, is unreliable and is different from the real result.
The customer is it very dissatisfied with the Mold Analisys module, since he purchased the module but it is not presenting the promised benefits. He's wanting their money back.
Other customers may have the same problem and we request from PTC an effectively solution ASAP.
