Currently, the vertices of a 3D line cannot be moved separately. Only the complete 3D line can be moved. When a 3D line has to be repositioned; the line has to be deleted and drawn again; thus the connected dimension (annotations) are also deleted. The same functionality as for a spline (move points) is recommended.
