Addin in CREO : DFMPro

Role : Developer

 


2. What version of Creo Parametric are you currently running?
Creo 9

3. Describe the problem you are trying to solve. Please include detailed documentation such as screenshots, images or video.
ProMdlDataGet() API is deprecated which used to provide device and host information of model. Any successor to get device and host information is not there in CREO 9 pro-toolkit. (You may refer to support case : C16423449)

4. What is the use case for your organization?
Need Device and Host information of a model for the functionality of addin.

5. What business value would your suggestion represent for your organization?
Wil be able to integrate the addin in CREO 9 with the requested information. Not having device and host information is blocker for the integration.
