New window while using second monitor stays with session of Creo versus jumping to primary monitor.

While using Creo on a secondary monitor, and you open an file in a new window the window opens on the primary monitor not the secondary monitor where your session is running.
Creo 7 and beyond.

Give the user (or at least a config setting) the ability to open a new window (file) on the same monitor as the current session is running.
