Notes on annotations planes need to be able to reference each other for alignment. When creating notes that contain links to other states, as recommended in the PTCU training for MBD, each note can contain only one link, so you have to have multiple notes. It looks best if they are aligned nicely, but there is currently no means to do that other than eyeballing it. That's well and good, but it would be faster if it could snap to alignment references and allow for creation of snap lines.
