This would be similar to 'default_ang_dec_places' only instead of working on created dimensions it would work on driving dimensions.
In a lot of companies there is only one default tolerance for angular dimensions in the title blocks. For those angular dimensions that are only being controlled by the default title block tolerance, the extra decimal places don't mean anything.
