Option to exclude quilts while exporting to STEP files with Model Based Definition

Currently when selecting "Annotations" in export profile of STEP or JT format "Datums" and "Quilts" get activated but grayed out in Creo Parametric

If model is created with quilts ( some times construction surfaces), it can cause confusion to the end user.

This is essential for MBD.. construction surfaces should be able to be removed from annotated MBD STP242 file.
