Currently when you have several combined states and different simplified representation in each one of these, only the simplified representation activated during the PVZ export is saved.

So when you open the PVZ file on Creo View there is the same simplified representation (the one activated during the export) in each combined state.

Creo should export correctly simplified representation (for a .Prt AND an .Asm) on combined states with a PVZ export. (for the MBD definition)
