Benutzer sollte nur Teile verwenden können welche eine PNR Nummer haben.

Bei Profilen darf dies aber nicht sein. Hier muss die PNR entfernt werden können.

Daher:

Administrator sollte dies pro Teilegruppe (zB. ISO 4026) einstellen können ob der Haken entfernt werden kann oder nicht.

Beispiel:

Ev. Tabelle erweitern mit Spalte:  ' PNR-MUSS'
