Passing the operation stock material from a mfg via a new pprint record to the ncl file.

In the operation of a mfg session, you can select or enter stock material. This material name should be made available in the ncl file (and part program) via a new PPRINT record. This PPRINT record should be selectable in the PPRINT section of the "machine tool setup"

We often need the material information in comment in the G-code file. Actually, the users need to enter it manually thru a prompt command during the postprocessing
