I have customized my Piping fittings into csv CREO files. There is one type of fitting, which has 4 csys ports( PORT0, PORT1, PORT2 AND PORT3), that is cutting only 3 tubes and not 4 as were expected. Port3 is not cutting.

My suggestion is PTC allow cross/4-way branch fittings within spec-driven PIPING, now it´s only available for non-spec-driven PIPING.
