Please Improve the measurement functions.

If you want to perform a measurement function you have always to tell the system first which element is to acquire.

First, you have always to enter an option, only then you can select the elements

With immediate selection of elements you get an error message.

The program itself should be able to recognize which element is selected and perform in accordance with the result the measurement.

It also might be possible to catch the middle of elements without pressing STRG+Shift
