If you define constraint in the WCS, you can define the reaction measure.

But if you define constraint in the cylindrical coordinate system, displays the following message.

"Reaction measures are computed for constraints relative to the WCS. Please select a different constraint. "

you should be able to create reaction measures in ALL coordinate systems

Agreed - IMO this is a rather glaring omission from Simulate's capabilities!!!
