Users often have to present their models in design reviews that often include managers and non-technical people. It would be great to have a "Presentation Mode" button that automatically optimizes the display for presenting. I can do much with a mapkey but not everything can be accomplished. Here is what a Presentation Mode would include, but not limited to:
- No In Graphics toolbar (this currently can't be turned off)
- No Quick Access toolbar
- No menu tabs
- No Help toolbar
- No text in lower left corner for Simplified Reps, Layer States, etc. (currently buried under Secondary Highlight; alternatively Temporary Shade)
- No Spin Center
- Pre-selection Highlighting turned off
- Navigator and Content Viewer collapsed
- Message Area collapsed
- Retain ability to display Combined Views in tabs at the bottom of the screen
Essentially, it's the Graphics Area only, with the ability to manipulate the model (spin, pan, zoom, etc.). Then either a Function Key, icon, or RMB would allow the user to exit Presentation Mode if the user needed to measure, cross section, etc.
