The idea is simple. We have legacy library models with a status of Obsolete. We don't prevent a user from downloading these models so that old products can be downloaded and ECNed that use these legacy library models. However, some users are still adding these old library models to new products. We would like there to be a way to prevent this. They should be requesting new models made from the librarian.
