Please create an action-listener/ProNotify to determine when the Lock Status of a parameter has been changed.
Another option, instead of creating an entirely new ProNotify listener, would be to change the PRO_PARAM_MODIFY_PRE listener to also activate when Lock status is changed, because then users can simply check for a change in lock status themselves.
