ProE drawing improvement - need to see lines thru OLE object

Need an option in Pro/E drawing so we can see sketched lines drawn in the background of an inserted object(OLE) on the drawing (example inserted artwork pdf of a label drawing which overlaps the sketched border lines of the label).  Lines plot fine but are not visible in ProE drawing.  Ref. case C11220263.
