We had opened the PTC case 14150326 for this issue and PTC support people suggest us to create a new IDEA as stated below,
Cable Cosmetic Labels cannot currently be published, because this would require an enhancement to the Creo TOOLKIT API
• Not part of the Creo View Adapter for Creo Parametric functionality
• To request this functionality:
o Refer to Product Ideas @ PTC Community for details of the process
o Login to the PTC Community site and access the Creo Community
o Click on the Create a product idea action
