REX enhancement - point colors

Currently on can import *.pts files which contain XYZ point location data. Product idea is to expand this functionality with point color RGB data.

This kind of functionality exist with competing CAD platforms. The main use case is a retrofits, where one has massive point clouds from industrial/bulding and then points are used as visual refrence - instead of reverse engineer process supported today.

Then, surely the technology like Reality Capture or similar embedded in Creo Parametric would really make magic happen. Should this also work with KeyShot then youll really would reach new hights.

   Currently Creo Parametric has reverse engineering extension, which is outdated on functionality.
