This issue is related to User defined symbols.

In cases where the parts are received from a third party, the user defined symbol definition does not exist on disk, but the ProE model seems to have stored this internally as the symbol is displayed correctly. We are able to read the name and path of symbol using ‘ProDtlsymdefdata’ APIs but unable to read the definition (stroke information) of the symbol.

We need PRO/TK API to read the definition (stroke information) of symbol. This is also relevant to read Datum Target information.
