To be able to redefine boundaries of detailed view that has been moved to different sheet without moving it back to original sheet to see the references.
For example let’s say we have created a detailed view. Initially that detailed view is on the same sheet as the parent view. We then move detailed view to another sheet. If we now want to redefine the view outline on the parent view, what we first need to do is move the detailed view back to the same sheet as the parent view, make the change, then move the detailed view back to its relevant sheet.
So the idea is that if the detailed view exists on a different sheet than parent view, then when user attempts to redefine the view boundary, Creo will automatically have some way of reverting back to the parent view sheet while the change is made without the user needing to move views between sheets manually.
