At the 2019 Winter PTC User conference a future enhancement was presented to collect all of the non-referenced surfaces to support the ASME Y14.5 paragraph 8.2.3 requirement for surface profiles contained in a note.
This enhancement idea is along the same lines only for true positions. If there is a note on the drawing that states an "unless otherwise specified" true position, then all non-referenced hole features should be collected and a default true position should be applied.
