Allow a curve to be completely removed (i.e. similar to the "remove" command for surfaces with "leave open" option checked).
Background
Model size in parts and view sizes in drawings are dependent on geometry such as curves. If a curve is created in the part or pulled in from a copy geometry feature and exists completely outside of the desired model envelope the curve will undesirably drive accuracy, view size, etc. A trim can be used on curves that pass through the desired model envelope but it cannot completely remove a curve when the curve lies outside the desired model bounding size. This tool exists for surfaces, it should be extended to include curves as well.
Workaround
Create a mirror of the curve geometry about a reference that places the mirror into the desired model bounds and use the "hide original geometry" option. Then the mirrored curve can be trimmed to within the model bounds as desired. It works, but is a cumbersome workaround.
