For current, user only can rename Annotation sheet to number, just rename sheet number, not really rename sheet name.
Should add ability to rename Annotation sheet to non-number character, for example, English and non-English language characters
User can rename sheet to non-number in V17.0 referring https://www.ptc.com/appserver/cs/view/solution.jsp?n=CS20601, but change it in V18.1, I don't know why PTC do it.
