The difficulty here is in making an identifier for it -- you can say it's rpt.index for table X, and repeat region Y within the table, but identifying a record within the region is fairly heavyweight. (This is also the reason we don't have Toolkit access for repeat region records, developing a syntax by which you can talk about them involves the same work). I know how we'll go about it when this gets to the top of our list, but it'll be a considerable effort.
