Standard parts will never cut into views.

If you such parts exclude they still display as outline in views with full (unfold) cross section.

 

That’s not like the ISO Standard.

Sounds more like a bug.  Have you opened a case with tech support?

Yes you are right. In my opinion it is a bug.
