When you export Creo files you can set a profile per export type ( step, iges etc) and configure it to comply with company standard. However, the user can change those setting and cause downstream issues ( Security, IP etc ).
Having the possibility to enforce the standard, using config.pro or such, and block the user from changing the defaults is needed.
