Very often driving dimensions are converted on drawing level to ordinate dimensions. However, when converting linear driving dimensions in 2D, the disappear in the 3D model (because it is not possible to show driving ordinate dimensions in 3D - See CS212797 (See also previous product idea relating to this limitation)
These dimensions are very important as they can be used for other downstream activities. For example performing a Tolerance stackup analysis. Very often they have to be recreated (driven dimensions) which is a time consuming and error prone process.
