If I have an open surface with an edge that I want to round, and the two adjacent boundaries of the intersecting surfaces lie on a plane, then the round created on this edge should lie on the same plane as the adjacent edges. Instead, it often lifts up and away from the boundary. (see the attached pic)
Let's change this command so the user has at least the option of extending by default the round down to the plane. I think this should be the deafult option, as I find it difficult to imagine why anyone would want the edge of the round to lift up and away from the plane that the adjecent boundaries are lying on.
