When saving a copy of part or assembly using Save-as, Creo would only copy the associated drawing if it has same name as the part or assembly.
Creo should be able to save the associated drawing even if drawing file is different.
Many companies follow naming conventions which results in different name for part and drawings, in these cases users can not use save as part with drawing to create a copy of both part and associated drawing(s).
Some users may also have more than one drawing for a part/assembly and different drawings would have different names; Creo should copy all the associated drawings.
