Seacrh for a user or machine

I have tried some times that users come to me and say their Creo crashes. I try to use Performance advicer to get a better idea of how big the problem is.

But even when I get there ID number it is almost imposible to find them if they are not in one of the Top 5 listes.

It would therefor be a Hugh help to be able to search on these ID numbes.

And to see if I can find a Patton in the data that can explain why they have many crashes.

Finding the users in the list takes a lot of time and I have a few times not been able to find them, spending an hour going thought the list just to learn that the data is not register. But if I can make a search I can very fast find the entries and verify if there are an entry at all.

I think your idea is a duplicate of Enable Performance Advisor to show the real Login Name and Host Name of sessions instead of the mask...

In it you can find a work around solution given by Steve Galayda.

Last week Martin Hanak suggested another work around when using Chrome to browse Performance Advisor for Creo data.

My idea is not about Identifying who have the problem, it is about finding a certain entry in a long list of users. 

Having the true name will make it fast to identify them in the list, But if you can search directly on the name you can fast find the User/machine that have problems you want to investigate.
It is the search ability I would like to get.

Finding entry in a long list of users/machines is faster enough (at least for my needs!) by using the browser's "Find" command.

Let me explain.

Having the user name I go to "Users" pages in Performance Advisor, then I can sort the Users List or I can use the Find command (usually CRTL+F) searching for the user name. From there I can drill down to the Session or the machine.

Similar procedure searching for machines.

Very fast if users names or machines names are not masked so using Chrome and Martin Hanak work around.
